There's a nice writeup about Bristol in AAA's new issue of its Journeys magazine.
Here's the beginning: "The city of Bristol, Connecticut’s 11th largest city, is unique with several museums, recreational areas, the oldest continuously operating theme park in the country, the international headquarters for the Little League’s Challenger Division and home to sports giant ESPN, the largest cable sports network in the world."

I have to say it is indeed nice to see anything POSITIVE being written about Bristol for a change. The media( et al ) has been really feasting on our city of late. Thanks to AAA for letting its' readers know that Bristol does INDEED have a lot to offer!
ESPN does a great deal for Bristol - and it is noticed by all.
I am sure that everyone on this blog will decide that there is something serious wrong with this article when they realize Ellen Zoppo arranged it. damn that woman! Can't she not leave anything well enough alone! Now we are going to have tourists and people sepnding money here. I just can't stand her constant meddling.
