City Hall's computers are barred from looking at the website for PTR Industries, the Bristol-based gun manufacturer that city officials continue to praise. It's apparently a prohibited site because it deals with "weapons."
PTR is planning to move out of Connecticut because of the gun control measures adopted by Gov. Dannel Malloy and the General Assembly this spring.
