I think Cockayne's margin of victory was more like 150-250 votes.

Bruce - you put up a good fight and should have won. Keep the faith - we'll see you in the council seat in two years!

no you won't. Bruce lost and he deserved to lose. Dems would be dumb to run him again. that's 2 elections Bruce has lost. with all the money and union favors he had, he still lost.

At Least he has the unions behind him what does The republacn have, Art Mocabee. Unions represent the working class. This country was built on the back of union workers.

The voters were conned when it comes to Cockayne. They didn't take the time to do their homework. They believed what he said without taking the time to really hear what he had to say. He flipflopped and will continue to do so. He'll only vote on what he thinks will get him re-elected not what he feels is right for the citizens of this city. Mark my words.

Poster 2:33 you have it right look out.

Does anyone remember the Cockayne family's lawsuit against the City of Bristol in the 1990's. I believe they filed a lawsuit against the police department and cost us taxpayers a lot of money. Maybe he would be a good choice for the council member on the police board.

No idea. I've never heard of it.

It's true. It was a harassment lawsuit. It had to do with being stopped by the police.
