Dems win most

No final numbers, but it appears that Democratic mayoral candidate Art Ward won.
Among the council candidates, the winners appear to be:
District 1
Mike Rimcoski (R)
Cliff Block(D)
District 2
Kevin McCauley (D)
Ken Cockayne (R)
District 3
Frank Nicastro (D)
Craig Minor (D)

I'm not sure of the other races, and can't be positive about any of the above yet.

Interesting vote counts in the 3rd District Council Races... I see that Minor actually received MORE votes than Nicastro in a few of the precincts... I don't know if that is Frank faltering - or if its evidence of Minor gaining strength in the 3rd.

It's called effective campaigning on behalf of the Minor organization. Old strategies always pay dividends.

Great work, Craig!

Nicastro barely campaigned and did minimal fundraising, didn't even have a fund raiser until the last minute.
