I was unable to open the video link but I have a curiosity question. I did vote this morning and as I was poised to place my ballot in the scanner, I asked if it should be up or down. I was told it did not matter. This seemed strange that the scanner would be able to read either side.
For my own paranoid piece of mind, can you or anyone out there confirm this to be true.
