Anderson joins the long list of Republicans who put agreed to let their names be placed on the ballot. These folks knew they had little if any chance of winning, but they did it for the party and democracy in general. They faced an overwelming majority of Democrat voters who voted mostly on party affiliation. To call any of these people "losers" is false and shameful.
