Is there any more proof anyone needs of my company's inability to get things right with The Bristol Press than this?
By the way, I was told that if the paper closes, the company will refund subscription money for the remainder of any period that's already been paid.

Just yesterday I was called and asked to subscribe to the Press. When I said that I wouldn't because they were closing the man insisted that was not true. I said that it was in the Press, Hartford Courant and on TV and hestill insisted that I WAS WRONG! He then said that I would still get the paper!
They're pretty persistent. I still got the paper delivered for a month after I cancelled it.
