Here's a thought George, next time bid more, And bid to win!

Mr Carpenter has lost a step years ago.

Agree? Carpenter was concerned about people parking in his lot and was reassured by city that that wouldn't be a problem. What is there to agree with?

If Carpenter is protesting the sale of the armory as stated wouldn't that protest belong in Hartford at the Capital?

The Town of Bristol decided not to get involved with the process which opened the door for someone else like Carpenter to purchase the building so why protest here?

I remember when I was younger carpenter used to give us kids hell for riding bikes through his parking lot, to get to point A to B, and I remember thinking, what a d%ck. Now I see this and I think...

Way to work with your new neighbors George. This plan if fullfilled only helps everyone downtown, even you George, so instead of clogging the plans up with childish games, why dont you extend a hand and work with the new owners and maybe you to can make more money off it to by providing cheap off street parking for a small fee. Come on man this knd of mentality only hinders any growth, and we need all the postivie growth big AND small we can get.

That's a really stupid thing to say. I guess you're too ignorant to realize that if you had an accident on his lot, you could sue him. That's why he didn't want your trespassing rear-end on his property.

Get a clue.

Everyone sees the way MORROCO operates . He cant afford the armory and the city would spend big money on a tax forclouser. He comes up with this skating ring idea in several towns. The city has no parking in the area. Know what.

George ran away to Litchfield because he couldn't get his way in Bristol...Poor George, boohoo. As you see the town of Bristol is so broken up by his departure. lol.
George is still upset the town didn't hand him the Center Mall on a silver platter.

How many other "deals" did this administration let go through without meeting all the requirements and keeping the public informed?

George, choose another battle. Do Bristol a favor and buy Bingham and Memorial Boulevard Schools and do something similar to that of Patterson Place. That's a real winner.
