Welch forms new Facebook campaign page

Welch and his family at a Tea Party gathering at the Capitol last April.

Republican state Senate contender Jason Welch is putting the pieces together quickly for a solid run against veteran Democrat Tom Colapietro, a Bristol Democrat.
His Facebook campaign page already has 117 fans, which isn't bad for a couple of weeks. He also has LinkedIn campaign page that's still pretty new.
One thing's for sure, his family doesn't mind politics. Here's his wife, Elizabeth, and kids campaigning in Massachusetts Tuesday for the successful GOP contender for a U.S. Senate seat, Scott Brown:

But will his opponent in November be Tom Colapietro? There are rumors of a primary in the works...

Will Mass. votes count in Bristol?

Didn't see him or his family at any local events.

I guess we'll just have to wait and see Odin. It could be just your wishful thinking. One thing for sure is it won't be you or your kind.

EEEwwww..Odin.

Looks like you've opened a can of worms...or turned over a rock (or two and things crawled out).

Here's to hoping you're right (I mean correct, you certainly won't be "right").

Does Odin have an inside track with Ward?

Tommie Toupe'...stop calling him names and maybe he won't run (on a cold day in hell).

What I would like to know is what does the tea party stand for. Seems to me they are the MoveOn of the socalled conservatives. Against everything Obama.

Tea Party is for less taxes and less government. That IS the opposite of Obama's push for more government control and more taxes.

So much for Welsh!

You're right in a way, except the Tea Party people are regular Americans who have come together to combat policies they disagree with. Moveon.org is a left-wing, anti-traditional-America website financed by George Soros.

Soros is a billionaire, leftist who hates America and has damaged other foreign countries economically by using his fortunes to manipulate the currency of those countries. In other words he's a rotton son of a b____.

Great another Insurance employee hack running for office. Reguardless what people think eight years of the bush Adm has left this country in tough shape.History will tell all one day but in the mean time Sen Colapietro will continue to champion the fight for working families. proving track record!

Anonymous said...

And does Welch have anything to say to the people?

Or is he being kept under wraps by his handlers?

Anonymous said...

Actually Tommie "the ignorant union pawn" Colapietro will keep "championing" the agenda of the greedy union bosses which in turn will drive more jobs out of the state and make life miserable for the "working" people (what's left of them). At the same time Colapietro and his pro-public-employee-union backers will "champion" the welfare state and encouarge more entitlement collectors to come to Connecticut.

Sounds like Welch is the better choice....and his wife is cute too.

My family is a working family, and Tom hasn't done a thing for us but cause embarassment and vote to raise our taxes.

Anonymous said...

Tom will never do anything for the people hes to stupid and needs the union to tell him what to do.
