Bristol Nine hire marketing director
Former Republican City Council hopeful Derek Czenczelewski got a job recently as the marketing director for the Bristol Nine, the new collegiate league baseball team in town. So don't be surprised if he hits you up to be a sponsor or some such thing!

Congrats Derek!
That's a great move by the Nine. Congrats Derek! Considering he majored in Sports Promotion at UConn, I'd say this is a perfect gig for him. I just spoke with him the other day about this and he said all positions, including his, are voluntary and that he is full time at ESPN. Considering his career aspirations, this is a great move. Can't wait for the Nine's season to start
