Former Komisarjevsky abode for sale

Whoever it was that alleged killer Joshua Komisarjevsky was living with on Wilderness Way apparently isn't around now. The house, which is pretty nice, is for sale for $469,900 at the moment.

Ok Steve, I'll bite if you care to elaborate. I'm assuming (that word again) you came about this tid-bit in the scoop. I'm not sure I get the point? The TV news stated he was living in a group home in hartford with his accomplice..

The guy was living in the house on Wilderness Way when he was arrested in 2002.
Most recently, he's been living in his parents' home in Cheshire, according to the many news reports.
He met the older guy who was arrested with him when they were in a Hartford group home together as part of a pre-release program from prison.

Hm.. I think I gut it.. BTW I feel your candid opinon on this matter is necessary, It's nice to know/be reminded that above your obligations to your employer there is a thinking, caring human being behind the keyboard. It has to be hard remaining un-biased when confronted with horrific crimes like these. Tackleing them on this blog must be a release to you. Thank you.

Not sure if the same people have been there for a few years Steve. According to the Multiple Listing Service the house was closed on back in 2/20/04 for $370,000 so likely they are gone.

It's been back on the market since December 2006. Currently the listing agent is Lynn Lombardi and it's listed at $439,000.

Incidently that Homes and Land page you linked to is I believe a big ol' violation for not having been updated within 72 hours of a change.
