So do we have to pay for admission like the Mayoral debates or is this one "on the house"?

You pay at tax time.

It's free to people who voted. If your name didn't get checked off at the polls on Tuesday, bring $10 to get in.

i want to know what ward pays in property taxes?

property tax amounts are public record and can be checked by walking to city hall stiff, unless you are so lazy that you expect someone else to do your walking for you.
by the way, there is no requirement that you have to be paying city taxes to run for office.
