Joe needs the votes.
so he finally showed - how nice. Has this man ever been on time for anything in his life?
sunshine breeds more sunshine, even in the darkest of times.
Art needs the votes so of course he is willing to agree with the voters. Ward wants 2 more years to beef up his retirement fund. Time for Ward to go.
I see that the much easier to manage single stream recycling program is being expanded to Stevens Street and the wealthy areas of town. How nice for them!
Hey, doesn't Art Ward live on Stevens Street? What a coincidence!!
what a bunch of sadistic, wacked-out sickos - can't even take a simple statement and leave it alone - maybe that is why 90% of what is posted on this site is considered to be crap and the other 10% is s-it.
12:02: You really care what kind of recycling you have in your neighborhood??? Get a life!
Absolutely true observation 8;00, finally someone with a vision.
