Monday school showdown

I'm told there will be a meeting at 6:30 p.m. Monday between the City Council and the school building committees to work out what officials are going to do about buying land.
I don't know if they'll give serious consideration to using eminent domain.
City Councilor Mike Rimcoski told me the other day that the city won't buy the old Crowley body shop because of environmental concerns. The dealership itself, though, is still targeted.
When I know something more definite, I'll write about it.

10:36a.m. - you are right, he would have helped each and every taxpayer in this community by directing your dead-ass out of this city but I gues that he does have compassion for morons because you are still here.

What a sad city we have. We were all brought up to care and help each other. I am not a spring chicken and it makes me feel so bad for all the name calling, mud slinging that goes on in this town. No matter what party you beling to I think that as good people we should be willing to get past all the name calling and maybe find something that is of value to do for our city. As for our leaders, too bad you all have such nasty things to say. Just remember one thing he was elected by all of you. Take time to appreciate what we have and help those who are in need of help. I also think its about time to see what kind of example you are showing to all our young people. They will be sitting in your seats one day.

9:28p.m,you sure got that right, too bad that the minor, mccauley. nicastro and block can't realize that the election is over and that they are supposed to be working for all of us and not their former wishlist candidate.
even cokeayne and rimcuski try to work with ward more than the dems too; so much for the party working together.
next election, ward might be better off telling them all to blow in the wind and swtart an independent slate to run with, sure can't be any worse than the jerks he has now.

takes two to talk but just one to stonewall. aAsk the mayor why he refuses to meet with the other dems on council to work thinkgs out.

Just like he refused to meet with Stortz to get the information he was crying about.

Guess he won't meet with anybody, except his toadies.

Guess he and Dale Clift don't even talk.

And, Ward can summon Clift to his office.
