Special City Council meeting on Wednesday

It doesn't appear to be any sort of blockbuster gathering -- well, except for the presence of Bristol's illustrious city councilors -- but some might be interested in knowing there is going to be a special City Council session slated for 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 23.
Among the items likely to be discussed are the administration and maintenance of the Lake Avenue cemetery and the contract for the second phase of the Rockwell Park project. But there may be more before the day rolls around.

Another Special City Council meeting by Art "There are too many special city council meetings" Ward.

Almost as bad as Obama.

Guess Artie is find it different sitting in the big seat.

No one to snipe at now.

Anonymous said...

Artie isn't the one with the problem and it definitely looks like you've got the sniping thing covered.

Oh come on know. Anybody who has attended a "Special City Council" meeting before Wardie boy was Mayor knows what a cry baby he was about them. Now that the shoe is on the other foot it only makes him look like a hypocrite.

Enjoy it while you can Artie boy...your are almost half way retired.

snipe, snipe, snipe...

Artie is my idol; I learned from watching him!

good thing 8:56 ~ sounds like you've got a LOT to learn!!!

9:10pm, oops I mean "wanna be moccababy", I would say "eat your heart out" but I think that you must have lost it during one of your attempted election fiascos.
you are so easily identifiable.

10:25

You mean i don't snipe as well as Artie did and does?

Anonymous said...

Leave Art Mocabee alone.

11:35 ~ I mean you've got a lot to learn about a little something called "class" (keep watching Artie) ~ but when it comes to the sniping thing, you're the champ!

Anonymous said...

Does your definition of class include the way he embarassed Dunlop and Krawiecki?

Anonymous said...

might be interesting if Zoppo shows up for the Cemetary Commission item.

4:37 ~ I truly don't see how he "embarrassed" either gentleman, however if you truly feel this was embarrassing for them, it really would be rude of you to keep repeating it over and over...very, very unclassy.

By having their names made public, knowing that they would not be approved.

Very rarely done, but done twice in 6 months by Ward.

3:56 ~

Maybe the people who didn't approve should be embarrassed.

Ward:

My way or the Highway!"

Way to go SGT. Ward.

"My way or the Highway"

Too bad it's not true. It would be nice if some people would just cut the juvenile crap and let the mayor get down to business.

Anonymous said...

Nothing is stopping him except he is not clear as to what "business" is.

Anonymous said...

His stubborness and thickness will be his downfall.

Anonymous said...

Don't mess with Art Ward.

Anonymous said...

What's stopping him (and Bristol's progress) are certain blockheads who would rather sabotage the mayor's efforts than work as a team for the betterment of Bristol.

Ward set the tone for working as a "Team" when he was on the council.

One reaps as they sow.

10:11 ~ How very mature of them ~ sweet revenge at last! They win ~ Bristol loses. Thanks a bunch guys.
