Report problems to the city!

Listening to "Where We Live" on WNPR this morning, I remembered that I wanted to see how SeeClickFix.com would work out in Bristol. So I've added it to this blog. If you scroll down the right, it's under the list of candidates.
What it allows is for people to report everthing from potholes to prostitutes, from cracked curbs to crackheads. You cite where's there's a problem and, in theory, government or some other institution leaps to respond. We'll see how that works out.
But it's a great concept.
I'm sorry the area I have to use includes a bit more than Bristol, but I can't seem to make the map only feaure Bristol. If I can figure it out more exactly later, I'll change that.
Meantime, give it a try. There's a lot to be said for public pressure to fix the city.

Wouldn't need it if the officials and candidates would only get out and mix with the public!!!

It is a shame that he people don't feel comfortable working directly with those responsible, from mayor Ward on down.

And tell our problems to the world?

We should concentrate on selling our good points!

its a shame that a guy that just works in Bristol and lives in another town has to come up with ideas!

The problem is we have no leadership.

"Mary kick a-s on OCT15 let the people see the real you."

That really would be a first. So far, the "real" Mary has really said/done absolutely NOTHING...really!

BTW, please don't try to speak for "everybody." Just like your grammar and spelling...you're sadly mistaken.
