No stabilization of pay/benefits .
No drug testing of teachers .
No qualification standards / testing of teachers .
No public disclosure of sexual mis-conduct incidents involving students and teachers .
Taxes will increase to cover the wasted monies spent on the Bristol education system .
Just another year of same old same old .....
