Ann Clark steps down in Fairfield

Former Bristol School Superintendent Ann Clark retired this month from what may be her final job as Fairfield's gazillion dollar a year school chief. Here's a report from her retirement dinner.

gazillion- more like $250,000 with the annuity-I know a lot of $ but relatively speaking-with the responsibility,employees, educational backgroundand, dealing with the politics of running a school district not that much! supt need to know curriculm, human resources, administration... very difficult job especially in this economic environment

Here's some qualifications you didn't mention. How about the lack of judgement, ignorance, bad city planning skills and carelessness in regards to transporatation safety that the idiot you hired and apparently re-hired (while simultaneously collecting a gold plated pension) demonstrated while planning, developing, promoting and supervising the new school on Chippen Hill?
