Ward says Johnson's vision "blurred"

Mayor Art Ward said that as he listened to Republican mayoral contender Ken Johnson's speech to the GASB 45 Committee on Tuesday, he thought that Johnson was in the wrong place.
He didn't want to address the substance of Johnson's comments.
But Ward did say that without the advantage of sitting in the mayor's chair, Johnson's vision is "blurred" on the issues facing the city.

Of course Johnson is "Blurred"

He's not working for the unions so how can he say something. Ward is protecting his Union Boys!

For once I have to agree with Mayor Ward.

Johnson doesn't know what is going on, and clearly doesn't seek advice and information as he clearly "knows it all".

I don't know just how many more times he has to be rejected: CLP, Council, Mayor, COO, before he gets the message.

Maybe he should step back and take a good hard look at himself and what he is trying to do.

Maybe he will then stop embarassing himself and the Republican Party.

Art, make Johnson Deputy Mayor so he can learn as you did.

The mayor is right. Johnson's heart is probably in the right place, but he really hasn't got a clue.

It is so much easier to campaign than to actually do something...

Johnson is egotistical, a hot head, a oud mouth and 100% correct with his opinion on this board. It is a sham! This GASB thing is a no brainer and will save us millions. Ward created this panel to bog it down then go Oh well, they didn't recommend us to consider the transfer. The panel is still stacked with union guys who would sooner cut off their nose then help out the taxpayer. Their moneys are guaranteed no matter what, so what is the problem?

Campaign rhetoric.

Johnson himself is blurry, or is it bleary?
