As usual, a day late and a dollar short.
What's the point in printing this? It was obviously some sort of glitch. Is it really necessary to shake the monkeys' cage?
Ironic that a reporter from the Bristol Press points this out, because I've never seen any grammatical errors or unfactual information printed in the Bristol Press before.

When I got the emails, one was also a month late for Columbus Day, I had two thoughts. The first was how inept the City in general and Mayor's office in particular looked. The second was to laugh and share it with others.
