For three decades, U.S. Sen. Chris Dodd has been a force in Congress, a man who didn't hesitate to present his views forcefully and to push his agenda forward, often with success. Like him or hate him, Connecticut's senior senator made his mark in the nation's capital.
At 4 p.m. on Tuesday, he'll give his farewell address in the Senate. It's bound to be interesting.

Allow me to write his speech. "I lied, I got caught, I had a great time, goodbye!!
A Ted Kennedy wannabe. Don't let the door hit you in the a$$ on the way out.
I'm glad he didn't even bother running again. These pro invasive big federal government people are getting discovered for the scum they are. Good riddance to another from the institution of career politicians. His farewell address should thank all of the military industrial cronies he really was looking out for who contributed to him over the years.
Now we need to get rid of Larson Malloy Delauro , MURPHY that snivel head!...oh yeah one more Blumminpuss....shame on him picking on poor little Kim!
He shouldn't be giving any speeches...
