Great. Now how am I supposed to visits family and friends in Southington? I go through that intersection everyday. I also go that way to avoid traffic on 6 when I go to Bristol Plaza.

well they already have rte. 6 a royal mess , now it's time to see where else they can screw things up .
Stop spending money on all these other parts of town, Federal Hill needs more funding!
