By all accounts, the nomination of Edward Krawiecki, Jr as an assistant ciy attorney is likely to win approval on a 6-1 vote tonight. Two more open slots would be filled later after applications are reviewed for the city attorney position and the other part-time legal slot.
The city also has two full-time lawyers.
