Bill Stortz is still smiling

So I asked former Mayor William Stortz this morning if he might run for the city's top job again.
Stortz just sort of laughed, which was odd since he was going to the dentist. I would never laugh on my way to the dentist.
Anyway, I pointed out to him that he just laughs when I ask him about running.
"Always smiling," he responded, then scooted off to the dentist.
Stortz, a Republican, was mayor in the early 1990s and again from 2005 to 2007, when he stepped down rather than seek reelection.

    Bill is laughing because of all of the republican charades that are going on. Talk about slap stick comedy.

    For his age, Bill is extremely active.

    I see him at many city activities, more so than most elected officials.
