Candidate caught in CCSU lockdown
Democratic City Council candidate Calvin Brown is apparently trapped in a classroom at Central Connecticut State University, which is under lockdown because of an emergency situation that police haven't yet detailed.
Brown, 21, is a junior honors student at the university.
