No high speed rail money for New England?

Thanks to the Hartford Courant's Rick Green for pointing out The Boston Globe piece today that leaves little grounds for hoping that high speed rail might come to Connecticut anytime soon.

    This concept should be evaluated at the local level: is it feasible, what will we have to do to make it work, what will it cost us.

    Lets be prepared, no matter what happens.
