Cockayne plans to get married

City Councilor Ken Cockayne, a single dad, got engaged recently to a woman he's known for a long while. I don't think there's a wedding date yet.

    Boy, it I could just print the gossip....
    Honestly, though, we have always reported the marital status of candidates. With his engagement, Cockayne's status has changed slightly. It is news, though hardly earth-shattering stuff (except for him!).
