Steve, why don't you do an in depth story on GASB 45 issue, getting information, not only from Glenn, but others who have access to and will share the facts.
Sorry to hear you get tired of the bouelvard being closed, which may ruin your morning, however, its a two day event to educate our youth about the sacrifices and the true meaning of veterans day. Maybe instead of complaining you can take time and read the names listed on the monuments, rather then yourself!
