The city will begin soliciting proposals from developers on Feb. 25, meet with them a month later to go over details and close the bidding period at the end of May. The Bristol Downtown Development Corp. will select its favored developer in July.
So the future of the mall will begin to be a lot clearer this summer.
Supposedly, there's lots of interest out there. But nobody's too sure what we'll see in the way of actual plans.

Bristol is showing a knack for getting properties all around town torn down , but , has not yet succeeded in rebuilding anything .
