    Really? Today after visiting City Hall, Art Ward rebuilt New Orleans. I guess that's why he was in shorts and a t-shirt.

    Art will be breaking ground asap so he can be finished in 6 days. Right after he parts the Red Sea, walks on water and finds the Holy Grail.....
