Because Art is well liked. There is a reason why people like him, he treats people with respect. He respects their views and appoints people without strings attached. He is kind to people. It's called experience and knowledge.

that's why I think that he is the person for the job of mayor, he demonstrates that he is one of us regular people, no airs and a genuine concern for us and the future of the city of bristol.
